Same screen as Melvin's phone. Grey = not started · yellow = loading · green = done · red = STOP. Paperwork can go on while loading is yellow — gate-in stays locked 🔒 until Melvin presses CONTENEDOR CARGADO.

👤 Load requests from the portal

Customers who asked to load in the portal. Press Plan this load: the customer, his cars and the destination go into 1 · New load below, and the booking list shows only bookings from that warehouse's port to that destination.

📧 Load requests from email

Customers who email the VINs to load instead of using the portal (support@ and guss@, every 5 minutes). Testing: the Hub only reads — Gmail is not touched.

⚠ Action Required

One row per container — only its next step, the deadline and what happens if it is missed. Steps go in order: load created → empty picked up → yard staging → loading (Melvin) → AES (ITN) → titles to CBP → validation → CBP accepted → SI → VGM → gate-in. Paperwork can go on while loading is yellow. Gate-in is locked 🔒 until Melvin pressed CONTAINER LOADED, CBP accepted the titles and the SI is in.

Cut-offs

Open bookings, soonest first, grouped by vessel and destination as on the calendar. Red = a cut-off within 48 hours (or passed) and not done. Times are Eastern. SI turns ✓ when the line confirms the SI was submitted.

📨 Line emails to file (guss@)

Reads MSC, Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd emails in guss@: files booking confirmations, amendments, verify copies and line invoices on the bookings, creates new bookings, and takes the MSC SI cut-off. In Gmail, handled emails get the label Hub/Filed and are marked read; ones with no booking get Hub/To file and stay unread. Nothing is deleted or moved.

One entry per vessel + customer + destination, at 1:15 AM on the ERD day; the title shows ERD → SI cut-off → ETD. Add this link once in Google Calendar: Other calendars → ＋ → From URL → paste → Add calendar. Google re-reads it by itself a few times a day.
